Arbitration pages
[edit]Please don't post your opinions on that arbitration page. It's only for the arbitrators to vote on. If you need to comment on their votes, you can use the case page's talkpage. Fut.Perf. ☼ 09:00, 24 January 2015 (UTC)
- Lythic, you must stop posting your commentary on the proposed decision page. While I don't wish to do so, if you continue to ignore the request now made twice to stop this, I'll have to require you to cease participation in the case altogether. You may make your comments on the proposed decision talk page, but not the PD page itself. I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding this. 2007 De Anza rape investigation
[edit]Please post facts, not advocacy. The judge, Aaron Persky, is NOT facing recall over the 2016 Stanford rape case; there is simply a petition on change.org. The D.A. has publicly stated that recall is unwarranted. It is also inappropriate to link the petition like kind of advertisement. You also wrote that he was criticized (by whom?) for conduct in the 2007 case, but the link you provided did not properly substantiate that. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kgr123 (talk • contribs) 19:08, 8 June 2016 (UTC)
