Anderskin is a Hamiltonian-in-exile from Canada. I have a Wiki score of 103, based on manual score on March 16, 2005. I will never retest myself manually or online.
Why I do what I do
[edit]After using the site for more than a year and making occasional contributions for half that time, Anderskin became a registered user in December 2004. Although I'm a non-joiner by nature (even when I believe in the cause), I received some encouragement to do so from Wikipedians and a computer geek friend.
My specialities and interests are somewhat diverse. They include:
- the Hamilton area, a highly underrated part of Ontario and Canada
- Germany, the good, the bad and the ugly
- la Francophonie, especially French-speaking minorities
- military history, labour history and women's history, especially in Canada and the rest of the Commonwealth
- novelty and comedy music
- vexillology and other flag-related topics
- playing cards, board games and other semi-educational pastimes
- cycling, camping and hiking (sometimes combined in one trip).
