Parameters to use with coord

For use with {{coord}}; see Wikipedia:WikiProject Geographical coordinates#Parameters for details.

For cities: region:US-MI_type:city_scale:30000_source:GNIS
For rivers: region:US-MI_type:river_source:GNIS|name=

For example:

Notes:

If scale is omitted, default for city is 1:100,000
For smaller places like unincorporated communities, which are often no more than a cross-roads, use 30,000 or even 10,000
For townships, use type:adm2nd for default scale of 1:300000

Description: {{link-interwiki|en=English language redlink article|lang=two letter language code|lang_title=foreign language article title}}

For example,

There is also an optional parameter |en_text= to display text for the English-language link, that is different than the English article name, but I don't expect that to be useful for redlinks to not yet existent articles.
