The result of the debate was to delete the article.

the page doesn't seem to be relevant to anything, the title makes no sense, and it seems to be the plan for a new organization or something. I don't think it fits in an encyclopedia.
I would normally vote to move this to the user page, but it was created in Oct 2003 by a user who did nothing else. The user has not responded to a request for clarification on the Talk page. Delete. Rossami 01:32, 18 May 2004 (UTC)[reply]
Definitely delete. The page makes little to no sense and has no decent explanation of the 'term' it's supposed to clarify. I see no point in keeping it around.
