I would suggest a proofread of 'Therapeutic Weight Loss'. There is lots of unneeded or confusing punctuation that affect the clarity of the section.

Please add a section of Physical Activity Weight Loss Techniques
[edit]I was hoping to find some information on ways to lose weight from doing different kinds of physical activities. I would add this information in myself, but I'm not an expert in this field. Hopefully someone else with more experience and knowledge in this field can add that section in.

In this sentence:
Continuing weight loss may deteriorate into wasting, a vaguely defined condition called cachexia.
