There is mention of "a stereotelephone no bigger than a pack of cigarettes" in Have Space Suit—Will Travel. Not the first mention of mobile phones for sure, but the size spect is worth a mention. 88.105.88.140 (talk) 20:38, 12 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
